new ramp design of the Precor EFX 576i Elliptical Crosstrainer enhances stride biomechanics without
compromising the natural Precor feel. This machine truly takes elliptical
crosstraining to a new level with its combination of a total body workout and
the varied stride motion of Precor's patented CrossRamp®.
The EFX 576i is self-powered so exercisers can conveniently place the
elliptical exercise machine
in the center of a room without electrical cords crossing the floor. The
elliptical's CrossRamp technology enlists different muscle groups and creates a
varied stride motion as the ramp angle changes from 13 - 40 degrees. A new
ergonomic handlebar design provides exercisers with a greater range of hand
positions as the stride and ramp angle change while crosstraining.
